Sydney Adventist Hospital
Sydney Adventist Hospital (SAH), known as 'The San', is an acute-care private hospital with over 700 beds including 524 overnight beds. It is the largest private and largest not-for-profit hospital in NSW. Each year approximately 2,300 staff, 500 volunteers and more than 1,000 accredited medical practitioners care for more than 65,000 inpatients and 126,000 outpatients, including approximately 1,700 babies delivered and 18,000 cases presenting to Emergency Care.
Opening in the leafy suburb of Wahroonga in 1903, Sydney Adventist Hospital has a long and reputable history of caring for patients for over 118 years.
