The 7th to 11th of September is Australian Women's Health Week. A week where attention is drawn to the myriad of health conditions that affect women, and the availability of proactive health and wellbeing promoting information and tips on how to achieve and maintain good health.
The week is promoted by the association 'Jean Hailes for Women's Health' which has been appointed by the Australian Government as a national digital source of public health information for women.
It's often General Practitioners from local health centres who are at the coalface helping women identify and manage their health.

Which is so important given we are all living longer, and need to be remain well and agile to look after ourselves and our families.
