Sydney Adventist Hospital
Sydney Adventist Hospital (SAH), known as ‘The San’, is an acute-care private hospital with over 750 beds including 524 overnight beds. It is the largest private and largest not-for-profit hospital in NSW. Each year approximately 2,300 staff, 460 volunteers and 1,100 accredited medical practitioners care for more than 58,000 inpatients and 125,000 outpatients, including approximately 2,000 babies delivered and 17,500 cases presenting to Emergency Care.
Opening in the leafy suburb of Wahroonga in 1903, Sydney Adventist Hospital has a long and reputable history of caring for patients for over 110 years.
